The legendary Teldex Studio Berlin with its proud history is without any doubt one of the best places in the world for recordings without compromises.
It offers ideal surroundings for first class film scoring and enjoys an ever-growing international popularity in that field.

The heart of the studio is the 450sqm big hall that was originally built in the late 19th century as a concert and dancing hall. This room works equally well for a single piano, a drum set or a 100 piece orchestra plus choir and everything in between.

Especially for orchestral productions the acoustics of the 450sqm big recording hall are second to none. The music blends together in a very natural and satisfying way while all the details of a performance stay clearly there - no matter whether recorded section by section or having the whole orchestra playing together.

Among many others, composers like Danny Elfman, Howard Shore, David Newman, Paul Hasslinger, Eric Serra, and Alan Silvestri took benefit of the wonderful production possibilities of this place.

Teldex offers a great combination of tradition and modern technology. Outstanding acoustics, a unique collection of modern and vintage microphones and a state of the art control room guarantee highest quality throughout the recor- ding process.
